These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kga99 platform and all its services. kga99 is an online betting and casino platform that provides a full service in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. 2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all related accounts being suspended and deposited funds being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed. Any changes to your information must be reported to us immediately.

It is your responsibility to keep your kga99 account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.
• End your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
• Use a strong password that is not easy to guess.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kga99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any method not listed here are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

For each payment method, the minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.4 Source of Funds

All deposited funds must come from your own legitimate source. Transactions using a third party's account are prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, account verification may be requested.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a ৳10,000 deposit earns a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit + bonus combined). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• No more than one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after the bonus is issued, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Misusing the bonus or attempting to exploit loopholes may result in account cancellation.
• kga99 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

kga99's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception, or manipulation
• Misusing the bonus system or operating multiple accounts under the same person
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward other users
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using a third party's account or payment details

All content on the kga99 platform — logos, designs, code, text, graphics, and other elements — is the exclusive property of kga99. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior authorization from kga99 is strictly prohibited.

Use of the kga99 platform is entirely at the user's own risk. kga99 will not bear any responsibility for the following:

• Sessions or transactions interrupted due to internet connection issues
• Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Technical errors or delays by third-party payment providers
• Financial losses related to betting or gaming
